Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land 1/5
situated in old S.No. 125/20 and new S.No. 297/34 Mission street, Vellipalayam, Sathangudi village Tharangambadi Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District to an extent of 0.30 cents by considering the representation dated 12.03.2024 and 03.02.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land situated in old S.No. 125/20 and new S.No. 297/34 Mission street, Vellipalayam, Sathangudi village, Tharangambadi Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District to an extent of 0.30 cents by considering the representations dated 12.03.2024 and 03.02.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representations of the 2/5
petitioner dated 12.03.2024 & 03.02.2025, seeking issuance of patta in respect of the subject property, and after conducting an enquiry by issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and affording them a personal opportunity of hearing, to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
