3. Mr.E.C.Ramesh, Standing Counsel states that the login ID of the writ petitioner viz., smahadevan1989@gmail.com will be registered today by 5 p.m. The undertaking given by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 is recorded.
