This Court, by a common order dated 29.07.2024 passed in W.P.Nos.17088, 17097, 17102, 17106, 17093, 17096 & 17110 of 2024, has set aside the impugned orders passed by the Head Master, Government Higher Secondary School (4th respondent therein) and directed the 2nd to 5th respondent therein, to admit the children in the 5th respondent School (The Principal, Sri Rajendra Nursery & Primary School, Selavadai Village, Doramangalam Post, Omalur Taluk, Salem District) forthwith upon payment of necessary fees by the petitioners therein.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would state that the son of the 1st respondent was admitted in the 2nd respondent School.
