Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to continue the recognition to the

petitioner college for the year 2004-2005, to enable the college to take part in the counselling process of the third and fourth respondents pertaining to the admissions to Medical courses by Government of Tamil Nadu and admit the students for the academic year 2004-2005.
