This petition has been filed for a direction to the State Government to modify the Thirunangai App of the Government of Tamil Nadu to include recognition for male and female binary markers and transgender markers [M, F, T] in addition to thirunangai, thirunambi and intersex markers and bring it in-line with the national marker in accordance with Section 6 and 7 of Transgender Persons [Protection of Rights] Act, 2019.
