This writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to condone the delay of 318 days in filing the writ petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, the delay of 318 days in representing the above writ petition is condoned and this petition is ordered as prayed for.
