Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the third respondent.
Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, the delay of 627 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the delay period.
Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sreevidhya, counsel for the third respondent at the time of admission.
