ORDER
The petitioner has been granted bail for the offences punishable under Section 103 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.139 of 2025. Thus, the petitioner seeks relaxation for the condition imposed in para 5(b) "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.23121 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that the final report has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para 5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.23121 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025, "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" is relaxed. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
