ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 24(1) Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Acts and 123 of BNS 1/3

in Cr.No.302 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition vide order dated 25.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26374 of 2025, after considering the petitioner's bad antecedents and the quantity of banned tobacco products involved in this case.

3. Since no change in circumstances has been reported before this Court, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order passed by this Court.
