Mr.T.Ravikumar, the learned senior standing counsel who takes notice on behalf of the respondent/Income Tax Department, has no serious objection to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above Tax Case Appeal. 3.The petitioner has given sufficient reasons for the delay in filing the above Tax Case Appeal to the satisfaction of this court and this court is convinced with the same.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay of 30 days in filing the above Tax Case Appeal is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
