Respondents For Applicant : Mr.Arjun Anand - - - - - The applicant has effected Substituted Service on the 3rd respondent by effecting paper publication. The Affidavit of Service enclosing the paper publication has also been filed. The name of the 3rd respondent has also been printed in the cause list today. However, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Hence, the 3rd respondent is set ex-parte by this Court.
2. The respondents 1 and 2 have already been served with the notice in this application. The same was also recorded in this Court's 1/3
earlier order, dated 04.03.2025. Since, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents, they are also set ex-parte by this Court.
3. The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has repossessed major items of the equipments morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons. However, the remaining items were found to be missing. Therefore, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner as and when the missing items disclosed in the schedule to the Judges summons are located . While considering the fresh application, this Court will consider appointing the very same Advocate Commissioner, who was appointed earlier by this Court in this application. This Court shall also consider adjusting the initial remuneration paid to the Advocate Commissioner in this application, while considering the payment of remuneration to the Advocate Commissioner, when this Court decides the fresh application. 08.04.2025 vsi2 2/3
