Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Resolution No.589 dated 17.12.2003 passed by the 3rd respondent in communicating the proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.R3.60402/03 dated 25.11.2003 and quash the same and direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to open the Shop, bearing Number 39, New Bus Stand, Tuticorin, as per the earlier Resolution and forbear the respondents from in any manner, disturbing the petitioner from running the above Shop.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

infructuous. He has also submitted a letter dated 16.07.2012 to that effect.

In view of the submission of the letter dated 16.07.2012 by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
