ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.08.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard Mr.Krishnasamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

3. The petitioner claims to be the joint owner of the subject property by virtue of a sale deed, which was registered as document No.2114/1996. The joint patta was also issued in patta No.2709. The petitioner submitted an online application on 28.08.2025 after paying 2/4

necessary charges seeking survey of the subject property. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner submitted a representation and the same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner and conduct survey in the subject property based on the title document and the patta. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. The said process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
