Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the Notification of Acquisition of land at Pudupet (near Lawspet) in Saram Village (Revenue Village), Pondicherry vide : G.O.Mis No.54 dated 20.11.2001 issued by the Addl.Secretary (Revenue), the first respondent herein and quash the entire proceedings relating to the land to an extent of 700 sq.ft situated in S.No.181/9 belonged to the petitioner and further direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the petitioner's lawful possession of the said land.

O R D E R

When the matter came up before this Court on 13.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it was adjourned to 21.07.2017 "for Orders". On 21.07.2017 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today ie., 25.06.2018, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
