O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 16.04.2025 passed by this Court in Cont.P.No. 331 of 2025 in W.P.No.6734 of 2023, thereby 1/3

directing the first respondent to issue a Government order, in view of the proposal sent by the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 16.04.2025 passed by this Court in Cont.P.No. 331 of 2025 in W.P.No.6734 of 2023 has been duly complied with and the same has been served on the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the order dated 10.11.2025 passed by the respondent, before this Court.

Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, if any grievance over the order passed by the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
