Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in R.C.No.E3(1)482/62509/2002 dated 12.02.2004 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and further direct the respondent to grant Public Resort Licence as requested by the petitioner expeditiously to carry on the business in restaurant and to perform the cultural dance during evening hours in the premises bearing New No.328 (Old No.142/10), Purasaiwalkam High Road, Kelleys, Chennai-10.
