Since the writ petition has already been dismissed as against the 2nd respondent pursuant to the order dated 05.08.2011, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated in the absence of the 2nd respondent.

Hence, this writ petition is closed as against the 1st respondent also. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner / Management seeking for restoration of the writ petition against both the respondents.
