This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 364 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.234 of 2019 in unnumbered S.T.C.No.....of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-II, Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 364 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
