ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the 7th respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024.
2. Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader (Education) takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2/6
3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th and 7th respondents, notice to the 6th and 7th respondents is dispensed with.
4. The case of the petitioner is that, he had completed B.Sc(Maths) and B.Ed and he also registered his name with Employment exchange. While so, as the 6th respondent management called for list of candidates and applications to fill up the post of B.T. Assistant(Maths) from the employment exchange as well as from the open market, the petitioner applied for the same and he was subsequently appointed as B.T. Assistant (Maths) and the same was also approved by the 4th respondent. The next promotional post for the petitioner is as Headmaster of Middle School Headmaster/P.G. Assistant. While so, the 6th respondent, without obtaining appropriate approval from the Educational Authorities, promoted the 7th respondent herein as Primary School Headmaster and posted him at Vellamalai Aided Primary School, which is contrary to Rule 15(4) of the Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act 1973 and the Rules made thereunder. Though, initially the proposal sent by the 6th respondent seeking approval of the 7th respondent's appointment to the post 3/6
of Primary School Headmaster came to be rejected, subsequently, the 4th respondent approved the appointment of the 7th respondent as Primary School Headmaster, vide proceedings dated 18.01.2021 and further disbursed the arrears of pay in favour of the 7th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a representation dated 03.12.2024 before the respondents seeking to take appropriate action against the 7th respondent and other officials for the above said illegal act. However, as the same evoked no response, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024 and to consequently, take appropriate criminal action against the 7th respondent, as expeditiously as possible.
6. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court. 4/6

In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
8. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
