This petition is filed to condone the delay of 235 days in representing the W.P.SR.No.8486 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 235 days in re-presenting the writ petition is condoned and this petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai within a period of two weeks from today. 13.10.2025 dpq Note:- Registry is directed to number the petition if it is otherwise in order.
