38675 & 38677 of 2025: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue the "Work Site Inspection Certificate" and "Certificate for Working Conditions of Plant and Machineries" to the petitioner, in connection with the tender in Tender Notice No.27/2025-2026/SDO/dated 22.09.2025 for the works of "Upgradation of Panchayat Union / Panchayat Roads to the Other District Roads SLM-45 & SLM-46" issued by the 2nd respondent. COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to forthwith issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner, to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that along the E-tender application, the petitioner made an application for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machinery Certificate for the purpose of participating in the tender floated by the respondents and the same was not issued thereby, the present writ petitions are filed.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the said certificates sought for by the petitioners will be issued by tomorrow i.e., 11.10.2025 before 5 p.m., to enable the petitioners to participate in the tender.
