ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 07.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner to regularize the petitioner's husband service from the date of his initial appointment on 04.09.1991 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.123, School Education Department dated 17.08.2011.

2. The petitioner's husband was working as a part time Watchman in the Government Higher Secondary School, Pullambadi, Tiruchirappalli. Subsequently, his service was regularized by proceedings dated 26.11.2012. Thereafter, the petitioner's husband died on 25.10.2019. After a period of six years from the date of her husband's demise and also after a period of 14 years from the date of the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.123, School Education Department dated 17.08.2011, the petitioner has submitted representation seeking regularization of the petitioner's husband service from the date of initial appointment that is 2/4

04.09.1991. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. The writ petition is devoid of merits and hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
