This application has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for brevity, hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), for a direction to the respondent to deposit the interest portion of Rs.2,21,67,596/- that had accrued due to the delayed payments into an interest bearing account within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard both sides.
3. This Court has already passed a common order dated 30.10.2025 in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.) Nos.629, 630 & 631 of 2025, appointing a sole Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties arising out of the agreements. In view of the same, it is left open to the applicant to place this application before the sole Arbitrator, which will be dealt with by the sole Arbitrator in line with Section 17 of the Act and orders will be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law.
