This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to defreeze her ICICI BANK Account No.155401001337 as per the representation dated 29.09.2025.

These petition have been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to defreeze petitioners' ICICI Bank Accounts as per the representation dated 29.09.2025.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioners have maintained their account in the second respondent Bank and the same was freezed alleging illegal transactions.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that due to the intimation given by the Noida Police and Telangana Police, the petitioners account was freezed on the ground of fraudulent transaction of Rs.68,00,000/-, for which, the Telangana Police has issued notice under Section 91 & 102 of Cr.P.C. through e-mail.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the facts that the petitioners have filed the writ petitions to defreeze their accounts. Based on the complaint lodged by the Noida Police and Telangana Police, the accounts were freezed due to alleged fraudulent transactions. The Telangana Police has also issued notice under Sections 91 & 102 of Cr.P.C. much earlier. Without challenging the said notice, the petitioners have filed the writ petitions, which is not sustainable. However, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to challenge the notice issued by the Telanga Police dated 26.10.2023 in the manner known to law.
7. In the result, the writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. 19-11-2025 rli 4/6
