Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed by the petitioner forbearing the 1st respondent from opening the tender and to receive the bids of the petitioner without the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machinery Certificate, to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that along the E-tender application, the petitioner made an application for issuance of Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machinery Certificate for the purpose of participating in the tender floated by the respondents and the same was not issued thereby, the present writ petitions are filed. 3/6

3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that the said certificates sought for by the petitioners will be issued by tomorrow i.e., 11.10.2025 before 5 p.m., to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender.
