This application has been filed by the applicant to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the written statement in C.S.No.124 of 2025.

2. According to the applicant, he is the defendant in the main suit and since the defendant was in abroad, there occurred a delay of 65 days in filing the written statement.

3. The other side has not seriously objected.

4. Considering the above-said reasons stated in the affidavit, the facts and the circumstances of the case, and in order to give a fair chance to the applicant to defend the case, this application is allowed.
