The writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 28.07.2025, wherein the petitioner has sought for a copy of A-Register and Adangal for the period from 1989 till date in respect of the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 28.07.2025 and collect necessary charges from the petitioner and issue a copy of A-Register and Adangal in respect of the subject property. This process shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
