The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court by an order dated 13.11.2025, directed the State Government, University Grand Commission and National Medical Council to implement the fee structure fixed by the Fee Fixation Committee to all deemed to be universities. However, the said matter has been seized by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and therefore the said direction cannot be complied with by the respondents. 3.

Considering the above submissions, the directions issued in paragraph 20 (ii) in the order dated 13.11.2025 in W.P.No.39756 of 2024 etc., is hereby deleted. Registry is directed to delete the paragraph 20 (ii) of the order dated 13.11.2025 and issue order copy a fresh. 20.11.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order Note : Registry is directed to incorporate cause title for all the cases and issue order copy.
