..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as Elementary School Headmaster with effect from 16.07.1982 instead of 30.06.1997 and to grant Selection Grade and Special Grade of pay in the post of Elementary School Headmaster and to pay the arrears and fix the pension accordingly in the line of the decision rendered in O.A.No.1386 and 1389 of 1991 dated 03.05.1993 and in O.A.No.6090 of 1995 etc. Dated 13.02.2002.
