This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall appear before the investigation Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15286 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.9781 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15286 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.9781 of 2025 dated 12.08.2025 is relaxed and that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
