This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2025 and file a report within a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that this writ petition itself is not maintainable. He would further submit that on reference by the first respondent, the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2025 was enquired in C.P.No.7473/25/COP/visitors/25 by the second respondent and finding that the dispute is more of civil in nature, they closed the enquiry.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to proceed in accordance with law. 05.11.2025 ksa-2 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order 2/4
