2. In the name of Review Application, what is being submitted to the Court is re-agitating of the very same contention that has been made in the Writ Petition.

3. It is to be noted that the order has been passed only after hearing the submissions of both sides and if the parties are still aggrieved, it is only appropriate for them to take the same for appeal before appropriate Court.

4. As there is no ground made out for review, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
