Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.47052 of 2004 is closed. No costs.
