The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.08.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 270, 296(b) & 132 of the BNS, 2023 read with Section 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Public Property ( Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.220 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail. 1/3

2. This Court had earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail petition on 26.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26680 of 2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having 12 previous cases, however without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed.

3. Considering the fact that, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
