Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 02.12.2025, today the case is listed under the caption 'For reporting compliance'. 2.The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence by this Court with certain conditions and one of the conditions was that the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- in two installments, i.e., first instalment of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The second instalment of Rs.6,00,000/- to be deposited within a period of two weeks thereafter.

3.Today, the learned counsel for petitioner produced receipt dated 09.12.2025 for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and receipt dated 24.12.2025 for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- and submitted that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court. A scanned reproduction of the receipts reads as follows: 3/6
4.The learned Government Advocate confirms that the petitioner complied the directions of this Court and deposited Rs.11,00,000/-. 5.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner is now searching for employment to make earnings for his family and himself. Due to the condition imposed directing him to appear before the respondent police on every Monday, he is unable to get employment, make any earnings. Hence, prays to modify the said condition. 6.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., until the disposal of the criminal appeal.
7.The compliance is recorded.
