ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) BNS and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.429 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24244 of 2025 by order dated 24.09.2025 on the following reasons:

"Considering the fact that the gravity of the offence was committed by the petitioner and the nature of allegations against the petitioner, and the fact that the investigation in this case is yet to be concluded, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner".

3. Considering the fact that there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29-10-2025 drl
