ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.239 of 2025 before the jurisdictional court concerned.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case relates to theft of a four wheeler. Investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of three months.

3. He would further submit that if the respondent police are not able to complete the investigation within three months, appropriate non traceable certificate will be issued to the petitioner. 2/4

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
