ORDER
This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 361 days in preferring the Criminal Revision petition against the judgment dt. 25.06.2024 passed by the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Chidambaram in C.A.No. 75/2023, by confirming the judgment dt. 26.10.2023 passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannarkoil, in C.C.No. 26 of 2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.
.3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 361 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of Rs.2,000/- to the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the respondent.
