Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of declaration to declare the Regulation 17(8) of T.N. Electricity Supply Code issued by the 3rd respondent as illegal and null and void and contrary to provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 in so far as the petitioner.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the challenge pertaining to the validity of Regulation 17(8) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code with liberty to take appropriate remedy/measure on the allegation that in the garb of exercise of power under the Code, illegal notices are being issued.
2. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
