ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The learned Additional Government Pleader based on written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Saendhamangalam would submit that the Authorities during the course of survey identified and removed the encroachments and found that the access is available to the petitioner's land and thus there is no further action needs to be undertaken.

2. In view of the said factum, no further consideration is required. If at all the petitioner claims any civil right or the petitioner filed an application under the Patta Passbook Act, seeking cancellation of patta, all appropriate enquiry by the competent Authority is to be conducted by affording opportunity to the parties.
