This petition has been filed seeking to amend the sections as "303(2) BNS read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act" instead of "303 of BNSS read with Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act and satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vridhachalam instead of District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27112 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025.

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 03.10.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.27112 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further one week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27112 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025.
