O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, third respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 09.08.2025, wherein the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property and for fixing boundaries.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate for the fourth respondent.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was allotted under registered partition deed dated 26.12.2021 vide Document No.1697 of 2021. The natham patta vide Patta No.1043 for S.No.207/6C 2/5
stands in the name of all sharers under the partition deed.
4. The petitioner submitted an application dated 09.08.2025 by paying necessary charges for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon, the petitioner made a representation dated 01.09.2025 and the same also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner dated 09.08.2025 and survey shall be conducted in the subject property based on the title document and the patta that has been issued by the Revenue authorities. Such survey shall be conducted in the presence of all sharers. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the situation so warrants, the third respondent can take the assistance of the fourth respondent.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
