PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to admit the petitioner for 1st year MBBS course for the academic year 2004-2005 under the Open category by following the 50% rule of reservation as per the order of the Honourable Supreme court to enable the petitioner to get admitted to a respective Government College in the order of merit as available to the petitioner.
