ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 7(1) & 7(3) of the Lotteries (Regulation) Act, 1998 r/w Section 318(4) of BNS, Crime No.506 of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reported that the petitioner is having 6 previous cases against him.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and this petitioner is bad antecedents, if the petitioner is granted with anticipatory bail, he will indulge in similar offence, hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 15.10.2025 dna 2/4
