Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in Rc.No.8869/C1/2004 dated 20.12.2004 passed by the third respondent quash the same and consequently issue a direction, directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner institute in the list of eligible institutions under the single window system for the admission of candidates to the first year of Diploma in Teacher Educational Course for the academic year 2004-2005 or permit the petitioner to admit the candidates for the unfilled Government quota directly by the petitioner institute.
