By an order dated 25.10.2025, I recorded the submission of Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri that the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 90 of the Tamil Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 will be numbered. To give an opportunity to get instructions, I adjourned the matter today.
