ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing this Civil Revision Petition (CRP). She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. Recording the said endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed.

2. However, the learned counsel for the respondent seeks for a direction from this Court for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.58 of 2013 pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Chengalpet.

3. After giving due consideration to the year of the suit as well as its present stage, namely, that the suit is at the part-heard stage, this Court directs the Additional District Court, Chengalpet, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.58 of 2013 within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interim stay already granted by this Court in CMP.No.28602 of 2025, dated 19.11.2025 is vacated and accordingly, CMP.No.31853 of 2025 is ordered and CMP.No.28602 of 2025 is closed.
