ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 from in any manner interfering with the implementation of the irrigation project as permitted by the 4th respondent in his order dated 17.12.2004.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 are not interfering with the implementation of the irrigation project as permitted by the 4th respondent and therefore, the writ petition may be closed.

3. Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent also submitted that the respondents 1 to 3 are not interfering with the implementation of the irrigation project as permitted by the 4th respondent.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 06.07.2017 Index: Yes/No Rj
