of 2025 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner's father's name is Pirmohambat.

However, in the petition, the father's name has been wrongly stated as Late Noor Mohammed and due to this discrepancy, the Jail authorities are unable to release the petitioner.

In view of the above, I suo motu correct the name of the petitioner's father in this petition as Pirmohambat.
