and continue the petitioner as vocational counsellor in the 2nd respondent Hospital without and break in service.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up today, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the order under challenge in this writ petition dated 27.09.2025 has been recalled and fresh orders of deputation dated 17.10.2025 has been passed, deputing the petitioner to work as Vocational Counsellor at Government Villupuram Medical College, Villupuram, thereby the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to challenge the subsequent deputation order dated 17.10.2025 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with 2/4

liberty as prayed for. There will be no order as to costs.
